Habeel Community Development College is a Community Higher Institution approved and accredited by the Kebbi State Ministry for Higher Education and affiliated with Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero, and Federal University Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, Nigeria.

HCDC is the home for training tomorrow’s leaders and educating innovators in delivering a positive impact on society.

Sharahbil Muhammad Sani was born in Makera town in Birnin Kebbi Local Government of Kebbi State. Driven by a deep passion for community development, he initiated the Sahihiyar Rayuwa Youths Community Development Association, an NGO dedicated to empowering the youth through various skill acquisition programs. Over the years, his efforts have directly supported over 20,000 youths, providing them with essential skills and sourcing loan facilities from NMFB and other financial institutions to help them establish their own ventures.

His unwavering commitment to youth empowerment led to the founding of Habeel Community Development College (HCDC). At HCDC, our mission is to offer quality education and practical training to equip our students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in today’s competitive world. Our curriculum is designed to be both comprehensive and hands-on, ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce or start their own businesses.

Sharahbil’s dedication to supporting youths stems from a deep belief in their potential to drive positive change in society. He firmly believes that by investing in the education and development of young people, we are laying the foundation for a brighter future for our community.
